I got a bag of weed and a b—job one x-mas morning from an ex.

No, I never get what I “want” but I always get what I need.

It used to be that the standard gift from my family was to give me was a moose for my moose collection. But now all I usually get is a dinner out. But Dad treats me to dinner almost every Saturday anyway.
